Quarterly Schedule: NAPHSIS Office Hours will be held once every quarter to ensure regular opportunities for engagement.

Expanded Member Access: NAPHSIS Office Hours will allow members from vital records jurisdictions tocome together and discuss topics related to their work.

Safe and Open Space: These calls aim to foster a safe and open environment for expressing thoughts, seeking clarification, and posing questions to the vital records community. While a portion will be recorded for documentation, another segment will remain unrecorded to encourage candid discussions, promoting trust, transparency, and building community.
