Larry Ervin

Larry K Ervin is the State Registrar & Division Director of Vital Records at the Indiana Department of Health. Native of Chicago, IL, Larry has made Indianapolis, IN his home. Larry received his Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Larry’s public health journey with the State of Indiana began as the Deputy Director for the Indiana Department of Health HIV, STI & Viral Hepatitis Division. Larry’s passion for people leadership, building relationships and fostering strong teams has enabled him to be successful within his corporate and public health professional path. In Larry’s spare time he enjoys traveling , cooking and volunteering with non-profits on their board of directors serving the community here in the city of Indianapolis, Indiana. Larry finds home with his partner and their two puppies.
