Jeff Duncan has been the State Registrar and Director of the Michigan Division for Vital Records and Health Statistics since 2019. Prior to that he served in a variety of leadership positions in the Utah Department of Health for 23 years as a statistician, Director of Vital Records, and Director of Health Informatics Office. His career has focused on public health information systems, standards, and interoperability with health care and other public health agencies. He has been a NAPHSIS member since 1998.
