Leadership Academy

As part of NAPHSIS’s broader commitment to strengthening the workforce across vital records and health statistics jurisdictions, we are proud to offer a Leadership Academy aimed at developing current and emerging leaders in the field. This program will build on NAPHSIS’s existing professional development opportunities by expanding pathways for members to grow their leadership skills while advancing workforce capacity across jurisdictions.

The 7-month Leadership Academy is designed to strengthen leadership capacity, support operational excellence, and build strategic capability across the vital records community. Through this program, NAPHSIS is working to equip member jurisdictions with the leadership talent needed to sustain and advance critical programs while supporting ongoing professional development.
