When does registration close?
NAPHSIS opens registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting on January 23, 2025.
How do I register and pay to attend the Annual Meeting?
Complete all registrations online and pay by credit card or check. NAPHSIS considers your registration complete only after receiving payment. If you pay during a later registration period, we will invoice you for any applicable fee increases.
Are meeting sessions recorded?
We do not record Annual Meeting sessions.
Are presenters required to pay registration for the meeting?
All presenters must register and pay the registration fees based on their membership type.
How can I get a copy of a session presentation?
Speakers will provide presentations, and we will link them on our website after the meeting.
Can my spouse or family attend?
You must register to participate in all Annual Meeting sessions, exhibits, receptions, and special events. Guests must be over 21 to attend receptions and special events. You can purchase guest tickets for the outing upon request.
Transportation
All Annual Meeting sessions take place at the Omni Dallas Hotel. We do not provide airport transportation.
