Registration is not required before reserving a room. However, NAPHSIS will be cross-checking housing lists against registered attendees. Reservations may be canceled for guests who do not register to attend the meeting.
Make a ReservationThe deadline to reserve rooms at the discounted meeting rate is Friday, November 7, 2025. Reservations made after this date will be confirmed based on hotel availability, and rates may be higher than the group rate.
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations made online.

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours before 11:59 pm local time the day of arrival, or one night's fee will be charged.
