When does registration open and close?

Registration for the 2025 Identity & Security Conference opens on July 21, 2025.

How do I register and pay to attend the Conference?

All registrations must be completed online and paid for by credit card or check. Registration will not be considered complete until NAPHSIS receives payment. If payment is received during a later registration period, you will be invoiced for any applicable fee increases.

Are presenters required to pay registration for the meeting?

All presenters are required to register and pay all registration fees based on their membership type.

Are meeting sessions recorded?

Sessions are not recorded.

How can I get a copy of a session presentation?

Presentations will be linked in the session description when provided by the speaker.

How do I make hotel reservations

Hotel reservations must be made online using the hotel reservation link on the hotel & travel page.

Transportation

All sessions take place at the Gaylord Natioanl Harbor Hotel. Airport transportation is not provided.
