Does Naphsis provide a letter of support to gain approval to attend?

Naphsis provides resources to help gain support to attend the Annual Meeting. We encourage you to use the Attendee Toolkit and consider presenting an oral or poster presentation to help justify attending the meeting.

When does registration open and close?

Registration for the 2024 Annual Meeting opens in January.

Registration cancellation deadline is May 1.

How do I register and pay to attend the Annual Meeting?

All registrations must be completed online and paid for by credit card or check. Registration will not be considered complete until Naphsis receives payment, You will be invoiced for any fee increases if payment is received in a later registration period.

How do I make hotel reservations

Hotel reservations must be made online using the Annual Meeting hotel reservation link.

Are presenters required to pay registration for the meeting?

All presenters are required to register and pay all registration fees based on their membership type.

Sunday, May 19, 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Monday, May 20, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday, May 21, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, May 22, 8:00am - 12:00pm

Can my spouse or family attend?

Registration is required for participation in all Annual Meeting sessions, exhibits expo, receptions, and special events. Guests must be over the age of 21 to attend receptions and special events.

Are meeting sessions recorded?

Annual Meeting sessions are not recorded.

How can I get a copy of a session presentation?

Presentations will be linked in the session description when provided by the speaker.

Transportation

All Annual Meeting sessions take place at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Airport transportation is not provided. Getting To and From the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW).

Will COVID-19 vaccinations or masks be required to attende the 2024 Annual Meeting?

Vaccinations and masks are encouraged, but not required at this time. This policy may change based on local, state, and federal policies in effect at the time of the meeting.
