NAPHSIS Annual Meetings takes place in June each year and brings together people who work in the realm of vital records. Attendees enjoy networking with peers and learning about the latest products or technology to improve vital records and health statistics functions. Informative sessions, exhibitors, and social gatherings make this a fun way to make connections and learn the latest in the world of vital records and health statistics.


This year's theme was Reunite, Recalibrate, and Reignite.

NAPHSIS brought together members, partners, and sponsors to Reunite professionals from the vital records world in order to Recalibrate through informative sessions and exhibitors and Reignite everyone's excitement for the future. With 44 jurisdictions represented, 19 sessions, and 40 speakers, it was a full two and a half days. Sessions covered topics such as lessons learned over the past two years, legal and registration activities, and what’s new in technology.

Axiell offers a web-based vital records and statistics software called VITA. VITA’s scalable cloud-based solution easily exchanges data between federal, state, and local agencies. VITA manages workflow between users while maintaining compliance with local industry standards like NCHS. VITA integrates with VIEWS II, EVVE, STEVE and OVS among others to provide a complete solution.

ManTech has been providing vital records solutions for over twenty years, and we currently have nine customers utilizing our software, including the United Kingdom. Our newest product, VRVcloud, utilizes the latest technology including mobile apps, FHIR interoperability, security, performance, and cloud hosting. ManTech works with each customer to customize VRVcloud to meet their specific State requirements.


Since 1987, VitalChek has been the direct connection between citizens and the government agencies issuing their certified vital records. Our goal is to make the process more efficient and productive while positioning the agencies as easily accessible to their customers. As a result, more than 500 agencies trust VitalChek as their authorized internet processor for certified birth certificates and other vital records including death, marriage and divorce certificates.
